1) How can I pay?

We accept payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2) How long does Delivery time ?

Shipping takes 8-14 business days (Monday-Friday). Total delivery time will be 10 – 18 business days.

3) Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our goods in the United States. Currently, we are not shipping worldwide.

4) What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return. Returns are free if the error was ours. If the return is due to customer remorse, then the customer is responsible for return shipping. We will process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5) How can I get my tracking number?

All packages come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number within 3 days after your package ships. Do not worry as all packages are insured and are guaranteed for.
